I absolutely did not expect a fee as exorbitant as $200 and told them that it is as good as buying a ticket with a different airline which as its starting ticket price with $200 more and has checked bag included.

I have never travelled internationally and not had 2 free checked bags included in the most basic economy fare. I am feeling completely blindsided by this unexpected cost - at least an upfront estimate in the ticket details would have been good prior to my purchase.

Can’t believe my father has to go through this despite all the proofs provided about the incorrect model received and multiple attempts to reach customer support @TataCLiQ . We trusted in you @TataCompanies

Never ever buy from tatacliq.com They are number 1 online fraud company misusing the TATA name. I have myself purchased a high end laptop and they delivered a totally different low end model & the company refused to pick it back and refund the amount. #tatacliq #fraud
