Do you remember when I talked about the takeover offer from Bill Ackman’s Pershing Square for $64B? Well, here’s an update, and I don’t think it’s happening anytime soon.

11 years ago, we did a limited run on a T-Shirt called the Julius Tee, and the design was based on a sculpture from Nicolas Coustou. It was a favorite of mine and I still have a shirt from the run and I wore it out a few months ago and based on the response I got from it, i figured we should run the release back. The Julius Tee from The Empire Collection is now available only at Bleu Vessel for a limited time. 100% cotton, 7.5 oz. Only in Black.

The only independent labels out of Miami still active after 20 years is Slip N Slide, and US.

Around 2 years ago, our label shifted focus to our ‘label is the artist’ business model. With this model we focus on releases from collectives and in the last 28 days our collectives had the highest number of unique listeners across all platforms since the shift (close to 20K).

Our rotating collective, Vince & The Valholla Empire collaborated with singer Natalie Kalei based in Las Vegas on a Jersey club remix to her single “Stick Around”. It ended up being a favorite with our listeners. Tomorrow, Natalie has a new single dropping that I’m a part of. It’s a Pop/Dance record and excited for people to hear it. There’s so many things I get visually when hearing this instrumental. Production on this song started 6 years ago with Philip Bixby on guitar. I got to work with Vegas Fontaine to bring this to life and I’ve been working on how to bring it to the world. With just music and no lyrics on this, I get so many visuals in my head. I’m guessing that someone is going to hear this and it will be the sound bed to tell a new story. Either way, I’m excited to see how this song evolves. “Good Bunny” is available everywhere now on Valholla Records.
