I did a little research on this...
& now am very much against it...
Hang in there for us RFK jr
π¨Β The USDA is planning a mass vaccination campaign on chickens for bird flu.Β
Even though RFK Jr. and others warned of the dangers, the U.S. is preparing to move forward with this.
βUSDA is preparing a potential plan to mass vaccinate poultry for H5N1 bird flu.β
βRFK recently came out a few months ago and he said they're not going to do this.β
βNow this new USDA statement to Reuters indicates that they are indeed preparing this plan to mass vaccinate poultry.β
βTheyβre trying to sort things out with trade because other countries donβt want vaccinated poultry.β
βTo mass vaccinate poultry for bird flu during a bird flu animal pandemic will accelerate viral evolution, lead to mutant strains, and drastically increase the risk of a human pandemic.β
βThis whole thing should be stopped. We should learn our lessons from China, who mass vaccinated poultry years ago and it was a disaster.β

Autophagy can be achieved by fasting to get to that state, you keep it going through proper nutrition & exercise.
Can get Autophagy through diet as well.
Autophagy rebuilds your cells where needed.
Peptides detected in your skin (broken collagen molecules) signal to repair skin.
As we get older, the amount of collagen, elastin, etc. decrease in our skin. These are vital to youthful, elastic skin.
These levels can be increased by non-medical methods.
They all spark your skin to do repair work:

I have seen this from many sources now...
Deep squat sit position for a little while is a good measure of your health and longevity...
The amount of time I can comfortably do this varies...
It does seem to connect with my exercise level...
What do YOU think?

I have avoided doing calf muscle building exercise...
I hate the way that looks...
But the calf muscles are called the 'second heart' because they help to pump your blood around the lower parts of your body.
I am going to do these exercises more...
I'm now at a point in life where the nutrition & calories count much more...
I eat the desserts that I know I really love...
Try the ones that look like I'll really love them.
You come to know what is worth it.
Cutting back the carbs & sugar...
You go with your cravings less...
Tabbouleh (tabouleh, tabbouli, tabouli, or taboulah)
has finely chopped parsley, soaked bulgur, tomatoes, mint, onion, seasoned with olive oil, lemon juice, salt & sweet pepper. It is delicious and healthy... well worth trying! Easy to make (just lots of chopping).
