How does one get back into something that use to be their life and now they feel so disconnected from the game, community from other players and cosplayers?

Got 30 minutes before it became unplayable UGH this is so frustrating as long as I only use the laptop to stream I don’t have issues seems it might be just back to ps4 streams for a bit
Gotta be honest, its so frustrating playing on a gaming laptop. A game like Fivem/GTA or Discord have an update and suddenly I cant even stream because its too much for my laptop...Im so sorry, I am going to see what i can do to get back to streaming
