Unhappy with third party bots/AI tools joining your Teams meetings and recording and storing that data? 🤖 Maybe even taking the participant list and emailing all meeting attendees after the meeting! (Viral growth hack?) Right now, it’s hard to block these AI bots as they join like any other external attendees. Meeting organisers/presenters can remove them manually with a right click in the participant list, but not block them. This new feature m will add friction, but if you need that next level of assurance Coming February, option to send a one-time passcode email to external attendees to verify when joining a Teams meeting. Or, how long before the bot tools learn to do this? 🤔 #MicrosoftTeams #Microsoft365
