That’s why she’s constantly trying to secure her place. These two characters are running parallel races, but in opposite directions. Baala is still searching for the things he never truly had, while Billo is cunningly planning and plotting to secure her own position and destroy Baala. The contrast is so beautifully layered

I feel bad for Qamrunissa honestly. And I can’t help but think that the way Billo treated Baala in their teenage romance is kind of Baala’s going to end up being with Qamrunissa as well. Now that Baala has money and power, he’s not acting differently from Billo + #MittiDeBaway
