Unpopular discussion; I am of the opinion that employers should hire people base on their capacity to do some certain jobs rather than employing them because they have the qualifications in paper. Practical skills is not the same as theory For someone who attended a Nigeria University Where computer science students are learning computer on paper, I'm sure you understand where I am coming from, That is why it is advisible to build relevant skills and experience from internship. Our educational system doesn't prepare us for the labour market.
