Still don’t understand how teams like Vancouver who still have a lot of good older players, are doing so much worse than the #Flames. Then there’s Chicago with bedard, frondell, the kings, the flyers who just made the playoffs. Makes no sense to me. Those teams should be ashamed

Tonight is a good example of why I wouldn't be signing Frost to a long term deal. #Flames
it’s still too early to say but Matvei Gridin should have seriously went in the top half of the 1st round of the 2024 NHL draft, maybe even top 10. Better point per game rate than anyone not named Celebrini, Sennecke, or Demidov.
Conroy did really well finding him. #Flames
I make long commutes to work, sometimes in red deer, sometimes Cochrane, and other surrounding areas of Calgary. The fan 960 was my go to and was saving me from boredom on my long drives. This is sad, even worse for the reporters.
I hope they can come up with an alternative
Schaefer lite? I mean one can hope haha. Carels is gonna be a stud regardless

Since Craig Conroy has been able to trade every single veteran, or just not sign them, I see all these guys as nothing but stop gaps for the near future, Frost and Farabee included.
Couple of these guys might emerge as veterans they hold onto

BREAKING: #MNWild acquire Blake Coleman and Olli Maatta from #Flames for Jake Middleton and draft picks, per @FriedgeHNIC
Not exactly stoked with day 2 of the draft for the #Flames, traded two picks just to move up and get a goalie while Zarubin, Sergeev and Yegorov are in the system. Took Joe Iginla too early, reached on harrington w/ better players available, not sure any of these picks stand out
