If you wake up in the morning and you: - can walk - can see - can hear - can eat - have a healthy mind and body - have a place to live - have a job - have a family that loves you - live in a country without war - have access to modern facilities - can travel and visit wherever you want you are far richer and luckier than you realize. So when you wake up with all this (and perhaps even more), just say thank you and be grateful. Many people would give everything they have to be in your place. Enjoy your life, because you never know when it can change drastically.
Good morning! Here are some of the best free medicines: - regular sport - much laughter - good sleep - healthy food - clean water - great friends - a loving family - great sex Use them daily. What else?

63 out of 66. That's how often the market favourite won in the US midterm Senate and governor races AP had called by Wednesday morning (iPredicta's count of @Kalshi and @Polymarket prices). Sounds perfect. Let's check the numbers. Every favourite priced at 90% or more won: 47 of 47. All 3 misses were priced between 60% and 74%. On Polymarket, favourites priced 60-80% won 8 of 11. About 73%. That's not a failure. That's exactly what 70% means: about 3 times in 10, the other side wins. What this means for you: - 70% is not "almost sure". Size your position so losing it doesn't hurt - Judge a market or a forecaster by many races, never by one night - Underdogs at 30-40% are supposed to win sometimes. That's what keeps the price honest Did you hold the other side of any of the 3 misses?

This $1,000,000 wallet had $8.26 in it 26 seconds earlier. Yesterday a "Thank you crypto" wallet screenshot got 176K views. Others copied the caption all day. Then @Deebs_DeFi, lead detective at @bubblemaps, opened his browser's developer tools and edited his own @phantom wallet page. $8.26 became $1,000,000. Nothing on the blockchain changed. Only the picture. Look closer: the dollar line says $1,000,000. The token line still says 1.06973 USDT. Nobody proved the original screenshot was fake. Nobody proved it was real either. Before you trust anyone's "win": - A screenshot is a picture, not a balance - Ask for the wallet address and check it on a block explorer yourself - Read the token amount, not the dollar line I lost money on meme coins once. My lesson: don't believe any KOL. This is one reason why. Send this to the friend who still buys because of a screenshot.

A screenshot can lie in 26 seconds. The dollar line is decoration. The token amount is the truth. Before you ape anything from a "win" pic: open the wallet on a block explorer yourself.

Make a plan for your bad days while today is a good one. On a hard day you won’t think clearly. So decide now: - walk before you answer anyone - eat a real meal, not junk - tell your family it’s a hard day, so they don’t have to guess - no big decisions until tomorrow - go to bed early One bad day should stay one day. Send this to someone who is having a hard week.

I pay my Bitcoin mining maintenance at a 26.49% discount. Here is exactly how, with my real numbers from @GoMining 👇 1. Pay maintenance in GOMINING Turn it on in your rewards settings and keep tokens on your balance. Every 18 days of maintenance your tokens cover = +1% off. 360 days = the full 20%. I'm at 20% of 20%. Most of it comes from locked tokens (689 days), only 3 days from my free balance. 2. Press the Service button daily 10 days in a row = +3%. I keep the streak. 3. VIP level Platinum II adds 2.4% on top. veGOMINING votes help you climb. 4. Solo mining Not playing Miner Wars adds 1.09% right now. 20 + 3 + 2.4 + 1.09 = 26.49% Today that saved me 5.31 GOMINING. About $2 a day, around $60 a month, every month. Why I mine solo: In Miner Wars I'd boost all my lock rewards to support the clan. No blocks won = nothing left for maintenance, and my BTC gets cut. In solo, I'm covered: - My lock rewards pay 2-3 days of maintenance a week - I buy GOMINING with what I make from airdrops, trading and Polymarket for the rest - Locked GOMINING can also grow in value over the years 13,137 GOMINING locked. 2,685 earned in rewards so far. The goal is simple: keep as many sats as possible. Start here: join.gomining.com/MX7o/rv65b…

Your marriage is bigger than the two of you. Your children learn what love looks like by watching you. One day they will copy it in their own homes. Try this: Say thank you to her every day. Fix small problems before they grow. Never argue through your kids. Keep one evening a week for just the two of you. Ask for help early, not when it’s too late. This is not about judging anyone who is divorced. Sometimes leaving is the right thing. It’s about what we build on ordinary days. Send this to a man who is fighting for his marriage.
Don't let your friends go quiet. Movember is here. It's @Movember’s month for men's health, and a big part of it is mental health. In England alone, more than 11 men take their own lives every day. A man alone starts believing the worst voice in his head. Try this: Call one friend this week. - Don't text. Call. Ask twice. - The first "I'm fine" is rarely the truth. Meet in person once a month. Tell someone when your own head is heavy. Show your sons that strong men talk. Send this to a friend you haven't heard from in a while.

99% is not a result. At 04:26 Bucharest time, @Polymarket posted "BREAKING: Polymarket projects" a Texas Senate flip, "99% chance". AP called that race about an hour and a half later. Twenty minutes after Texas, it posted the same for Michigan, with less than a fifth of the vote counted. AP called Michigan about four and a half hours after that. A market price is a crowd's bet. A call comes from people counting votes. Most of the time they agree. But 99% still means 1 in 100 goes the other way. Before you trade on election news: - Check who called it: AP or a network desk, not a market post - Read the market's rules: which source settles it, and when - At 99c you risk 99 to win 1. Be sure the rules say what you think Did you see those "projects" posts and think the race was over?
BREAKING: Polymarket projects James Talarico has flipped Texas's U.S. Senate seat, becoming the first Democrat to win a Senate race in the state since 1988 — 99% chance.

Your exchange has a cash register and a vault. That's how Brazil's biggest exchange, @MercadoBitcoin, explained its hack this week. Hot wallet = the cash register. Online, for daily withdrawals. Cold wallet = the vault. Offline. Only the register was hit. Still, about $36.3M was taken. $12.9M is frozen so far. The platform is still paused, with no reopening date yet. Balances are "safe". But nobody can withdraw. Both can be true at the same time. In South Korea, the law already says at least 80% of customer coins must sit in cold storage. After the Binance hack, regulators there are discussing 99%. What to do: - Keep long-term coins in your own cold wallet - Keep on exchanges only what you actively trade - No real exchange refunds you through WhatsApp, calls or links How much of your Bitcoin is sitting in someone else's cash register?

Good morning! 3 facts about your brain while you sleep: - it washes out waste, including the protein linked to Alzheimer’s - in mice, that cleaning ran about twice as fast asleep as awake - in people, one sleepless night raised that protein by about 5% The best brain care is free: sleep 7-9 hours. You recognise it, you want to have it but you don’t know it’s history. The Evolution of the Bitcoin Logo 1. The Genesis (2009) Satoshi Nakamoto introduced the first logo: a gold coin with “BC” in the center. It looked generic and amateurish. 2. First Redesign (2010) Satoshi updated it to a gold coin with a “₿” symbol, styled like a slightly tilted dollar sign. It began resembling a digital currency icon. 3. Community Upgrade (November 2010) Designer “Bitboy” (identity unknown) created the iconic orange circle with white ₿, tilted clockwise at 14°, inspired by Mastercard and Visa branding. 4. Open Source Symbol Bitboy’s version became the de facto logo. He released it to the public domain, reflecting Bitcoin’s decentralized nature. 5. Unicode Inclusion (2017) The Bitcoin symbol (₿) was added to the Unicode Standard, joining symbols like $, €, and ¥. Why it stuck: - Clean design. - Orange evokes energy and movement. - Decentralized origin matches Bitcoin’s ethos. This logo is now one of the most recognizable symbols in crypto and tech.

Fun fact: AI doesn’t replace human intelligence, experience or creativity. Without human input, context and direction, it’s just a powerful tool waiting to be used. The real advantage comes from knowing how to use it. Learn to automate repetitive tasks, research and analyse information faster, improve your content creation, turn ideas into reality, and save time while increasing productivity. Don’t compete against AI, learn to work with it. AI won’t necessarily replace you, but someone who knows how to use it might.

"No customer losses. No data leaked." That's @MercadoBitcoin , Brazil's largest exchange, after a security breach overnight. Meanwhile Hypernative flagged $40M+ in suspicious transfers across ~10 blockchains, and deposits and withdrawals are still frozen. Credit where due: they contained it fast and shared the attacker addresses publicly so funds can be traced. But this is the point. Even when "no customer lost money," customers still can't touch their money. How YOU avoid being caught in it: - Exchanges are for trading, not storage - Long-term coins go on a hardware wallet - Authenticator app or security key, never SMS 2FA - Withdrawal address whitelisting on - Ignore every "refund" email after a hack. That's the next scam. Not your keys, not your coins.
Look at this grid. Binance. OKX. Bybit. KuCoin. Bitget. Gate. Upbit. HTX. Hyperliquid. Nearly every major exchange was built by founders from Asia. And we're still asking ourselves why the Lazarus Group is so successful? Just saying… Not your keys, not your coins.
