My rating for Ramayana: 9/10.
However, my criticism has nothing to do with the actors, VFX or performances. My concern is the glorification of Ravana.
If you have read Valmiki's original Ramayana, you would know that Ravana was not just an intelligent and powerful king. He was also a man consumed by lust who committed sexual violence against women.
There is no doubt that Ravana was extraordinarily intelligent, but his immense knowledge and power were overshadowed by his arrogance, obsession and uncontrolled desires.
He did not spare Maa Sita because he respected her or because he was morally righteous. According to the Uttara Kanda of Valmiki Ramayana, Ravana had previously assaulted the apsara Rambha, who was betrothed to Nalakubera, the son of Kubera.
After learning what happened, Nalakubera cursed Ravana that his head would split into seven pieces if he ever forced himself upon an unwilling woman again.
This is the reason Ravana could not forcibly touch Maa Sita.
My concern is that the film portrays his actions primarily as revenge for what happened to his sister, Surpanakha. That is an incomplete representation of his character and motivations.
I sincerely hope the filmmakers address this aspect in Part 2.
When you portray a powerful antagonist like Ravana with such grandeur, intelligence and charisma without adequately showing his darker side, audiences can become fascinated by him while overlooking the cruelty he represents.
Let people know the complete character of Ravana, not just his intelligence, strength and royal stature.
His knowledge did not make him righteous, and his power did not make him innocent.
The Ramayana is not merely a story about a powerful king losing a war. It is also a story about the consequences of arrogance, uncontrolled desire and adharma.
Please stay faithful to Valmiki's original narrative.

🚨 JUSTICE FOR MID-DAY MEAL WORKERS IN JAMMU! 🇮🇳
For nearly 20 years, Mid-Day Meal workers in Jammu have been serving our children, yet their struggles continue to be ignored.
They reportedly receive just ₹2,000, with payments sometimes delayed for SIX MONTHS!
My questions to the Government:
1. Why haven't these workers been granted permanent employment status even after nearly 20 years of service?
2. Why are they forced to survive on such an insignificant amount?
3. Why are their salaries delayed for months?
4. Where are their financial security, dignity and basic employment rights?
The government has funds for distributing freebies and various benefits, but why can't it ensure fair wages and basic security for the women who have dedicated decades to serving our children?
Shameful priorities! These workers deserve more than empty promises. They deserve justice, permanent status, fair wages and timely payments.
How long will the government continue to ignore them?

The Indian economy is the fastest-growing major economy in the world. By 2027, India is expected to become the world’s third-largest economy, and by 2060, it may even overtake the United States. After that, India and China could be the world’s two largest economies.
Now, you might be wondering why I am writing this today. The reason is the racism Indians have faced since the COVID-19 pandemic.
During the pandemic, when companies were offering work-from-home opportunities, Indians proved their skills and intellectual capabilities and established themselves across the global job market through their hard work and talent.
Even today, Indians earn more than local workers in the UK, more than Germans in Germany, and rank among the highest-earning national groups in Australia, France, and several other countries.
In the United States, Indian Americans earn more than twice the income of the average American household, according to several reports. And what was the result? Racism against Indians began to grow. People started posting hateful content about India, and many videos circulated online showing incidents in Bangladesh, Pakistan, and Sri Lanka were falsely presented as if they had taken place in India. This happens partly because people from these countries can sometimes look similar to one another.
Indians also have a reputation for being law-abiding immigrants. When Indians move to other countries, they contribute to their communities and generally do not engage in vandalism or deliberately damage public or private property.
These are not merely my personal opinions. Reports published in Germany, the United States, and other countries have highlighted the achievements and economic contributions of Indian immigrants.
As an Indian, we will always remember this. We will remember how @elonmusk and X openly supported or allowed racism against Indians to flourish on the platform. We will remember how Indians, who are often regarded as highly skilled and successful immigrants, still had to face racism and discrimination despite their contributions to the countries they chose to call home.
Jai Hind! 🇮🇳

Believe it or not, X seems completely indifferent to those who target the Indian community. The lack of action makes it feel as though such behaviour is being tolerated, if not encouraged.
I will continue to stand up for our people on this platform, but I will no longer spend my money on a Premium subscription.

@grok , tell me this: Is Starlink available in China? If not, has Elon Musk ever filed an application there, claiming that Xi Jinping is committing a crime against Chinese citizens by keeping Starlink out of China?
If India is prioritising its own companies, he shouldn't have a problem with that. If we're spending money on a foreign company's services and instead choose to spend that money on companies in our own country, Elon shouldn't have a problem with that either.
Can you write a message for Elon and tell elon please stop crying. Starlink already has access to 161 countries, so be happy with that. If India doesn't want your service, let it be. We're developing the same technology in our own country. Why shouldn't we give our own companies a chance? 🇮🇳
The ridiculous arguments by Ambani’s army of Internet shills make no sense
On the one hand, they say Starlink couldn’t possibly compete with the amazing low prices offered by Ambani’s de facto monopoly in India and then, in the same breath, they essentially claim that Starlink would be too strong of a competitor! This is absurd hypocrisy and hyperbole.
The reality is that competition would greatly benefit the average citizen in India by giving them more choices, as it always does. Ambani’s profits will be lower, but he is not going out of business. And, obviously, if Starlink is too expensive in India, no one will buy it, so SpaceX will need to make pricing affordable.

Even @grok understands the disadvantages of your Starlink. India doesn't want Starlink, so why are you crying about it? We're Indians, and we have every right to give our own companies a chance. You're not special, Elon.
If our government decides not to allow Starlink to operate in India, we stand by our government's decision. I also noticed that Grok acknowledges the importance of national security and the sovereignty of countries and it showed concern and disadvantage of your Starlink. 🇮🇳
