For 28 years, 69-year-old Rick Taylor has gathered tickets from Cal Ripken Jr.’s 2,632-game streak spanning 1982–1998. Now only eight away, the retired salesman’s 16-box basement collection — each ticket labeled and shielded — ranks among baseball’s most notable. Taylor never anticipated reaching single digits, yet he feels confident about finishing. 🎥 The Associated Press

My Grandpas auntie worked at the Royal York hotel in Toronto in the 50/60s, one day the whole team came in for brunch so she got every one of them to sign a breakfast menu for my grandpa. Unfortunately he passed last year but what an amazing piece to add to the collection

1958/59 or 1959/60 Montreal Canadians signed breakfast menu. I need to sit down and verify which year it is from but hands down the coolest thing I’ll ever have in my collection. Cool family history behind it as well!

Easy one for me simply because of the value I left on the table over last couple years since I traded it. Numbered out of 1,000 it’s one of his rarer base cards.
