As I’ve said ad nauseam, I do not wish for #AI technology to disappear.
But, as usual, we went stampeding forward without giving any thought towards its ethical implications, and before you could blink the internet was flooded with thoroughly vile, algorithm-generated “media” shat out by the usual grifter sharks declaring “WE’RE ALL GONNA BE RICH!” and now any benefits we might have gotten from it.
I’m sure this isn’t “the end”… I just really wish we’d be a little smarter.
