Thanks for the shoutout!
@WalmartThomist has doubtlessly been instrumental in making the wider scholastic tradition better known among internet circles.
Without his work and that of @ViaEximii this platform probably would have never been started!

Suárez gazes upon Christ as he recites the Psalmist’s words:
Satiabor cum apparuerit gloria tua
I shall be satisfied when Thy glory shall appear.
(Psalm 16:15)
“Although Suárez sometimes departs from the Thomists in his interpretation of St. Thomas ... he must be regarded as a genuine Thomist, and the accusation of eclecticism must be rejected, since his synthesis is praised as most firm and his system is regarded as entirely coherent.”

“There is no time for reading. Where do we ask for the books themselves? Where and when do we procure them? From whom do we buy them? For the well-being of our soul, times need to be allotted, hours assigned.”
- St. Augustine, Confessions 6, 11, 18.

Replying to @ViaEximii
An example of the sometimes strange entanglement between Calvinists and Bannezians: Gazzaniga. See below ("Kirchenlexikon", vol. 5). The very same Gazzaniga, btw, was closely linked to the intrigues of the Jansenists in Vienna (cf. Winter, "Der Josephinismus u. seine Geschichte")

Jay Dyer has effectively ruined the use of philosophy in Christian apologetics. The phrases “epistemic justification” and “normative authority” have convinced pseuds that they don’t need to read Aristotle or Plato.
Just finished Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 campaign. They didn't have to be brutal like this... Very sad ending.
Glad to be of service. For those wondering about the second half of the work, I'm already working on it and it should be ready in a week or two. Make sure to support @ASanctoThoma and his @ScholaThomistic project. Now it's time to go and read Suárez!
All the so-called radical disagreements among Jesuits over Congruism versus pure Molinism, the cognition of futuribles, divine election, and related questions are myths made up by the Thomists. A brief historical study of the Jesuit neo-Scholastics is enough to put it to rest.
A principle that admits a billion interpretations, each of which admits another billion interpretations, while its proponents fight among themselves and never reach an agreement, is not a principle, but an unintelligible piece of scholastic gobbledygook.
Suarez's Metaphysical Disputations is finally READY!!! 1700 pages covering the first half of the work according to Suarez's own division (disp. 1-27). It will be made available on the internet in two days.
Additionally, for those who are interested in reading this work both in Latin and English side-by-side, they can go to our friend Julio's (@ASanctoThoma) website scholathomistica.com, make sure to follow, support and share his project.
