Our TPUs just phoned home... from space.
ICYMI, on October 1, we sent four TPUs into orbit to test whether our AI hardware could operate in space. The initial goal was to see if our chips could turn on, process a prompt, and transmit a response back to Earth.
This week, we got our answer. ✨
This milestone brings us one step closer to understanding if space-based compute is possible. We’re sending two more TPU-equipped satellites to orbit in 2027 for our next milestone.

I remember sponsoring two of my siblings to study in Canada. They both left Nigeria in 2021 and 2022, respectively.
It all started with a vision: to relocate my immediate family to Canada and eventually have us all settled there.
But that dream didn’t come easy.
When you’re family-oriented and genuinely want to see everyone around you succeed, you sometimes carry responsibilities that people may never fully understand.
There were challenges, sacrifices, frustrations, and moments when making this vision a reality felt like a mountain to climb.
But today, I’m happy to share that both of them have finally been granted Permanent Residence in Canada.
One got theirs in 2024, and the other received the good news yesterday.
Omo! The role of a firstborn is not easy at all.
Sometimes, you have to carry a vision bigger than yourself and keep pushing even when the journey gets difficult.
But God did! 💪💯
