Devorah Halberstam has spent her life advocating for the safety and well-being of Jewish New Yorkers. This morning, she welcomed me, Commissioner Tisch, and Council Member Hudson to the Jewish Children’s Museum, where we discussed the importance of ensuring this city remains a place where Jewish history can be celebrated and shared with everyone — including young New Yorkers.
This Jewish American Heritage Month, we honor the rich culture and history that Jewish New Yorkers contribute to our city daily.

You not only redeemed the hostages, you saved immeasurable lives and heartache by ending this war.
And yes, Mr. President, Israel will live forever.
Beis yisroel wherever you are.
To all the people in the universe who have cried with us over 2 years, we will always be grateful to you. This took the universal prayers of all mankind.
And to the greatest hero of all:the PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES, DONALD TRUMP.

by the love of your families and our people. You will be forever in our hearts praying for your recovery. Bond with G-d.
Those of our people who have yet to come home to their resting place, they will. We will never give up or abandon you.
Today is a day of miracles.
I am embracing my brothers and sisters the world over, members of the tribe, with happiness and joy for the release of the hostages.
Those, who are the living, go back to your lives. May G-d heal you physically, emotionally and completely. Be comforted
