3️⃣ Technical development work with @VictoriaMcCab11 ✋🏻 Fast hands in tight areas with a simple approach, one clean, clear skill with the stick on the ball. 🎯 Get back to a good carry shape and pass with quality off the left foot to hit the cones. #hockey #PARIS2024

1️⃣ Part one of our latest technical development session with the brilliant @VictoriaMcCab11 🟥 The aim… to square up the body shape to create more options for elimination or to pass down the left foot. #fieldhockeygirls #technicalskills #worldclass #becomeyourbest

🎂 Happy Birthday @VictoriaMcCab11 3️⃣ Part three of our goalscoring session featuring @georgia_mcdade in goal. 3️⃣ Three feeds in a random order for Vicky to get at goal as fast as possible. 👌🏻 Her athletic ability and years of indoor hockey make her deadly from this range.

3️⃣ Check out our latest chunk of technical development with @VictoriaMcCab11 🎯 The aims… 🛑 Receive with quality to enable a shot ⬇️ Stay low in the transition between trap & shot 🪧 Better alignment on the forehand… left toe to target. #fieldhcokeyskills #shooting

🎬 Part Two of our recent technical development with @VictoriaMcCab11 ⬇️ In this section we look at Vicky being able receive across her body and stay on the same level to shoot. 🔑 A shorter backswing helps to stay in a lower shape. #fieldhockey #goals #rockets

3️⃣ Part 3 of our technical work with @VictoriaMcCab11 🔝 Continuing our theme of carry shape we look at using a good shape in tight situations to eliminate & right hand side body shape. 👌🏻 Staying in a shape where Vicky can pass or eliminate is the underpinning goal. #1-2-1

2️⃣ Technical development part 2 with @VictoriaMcCab11 🟥 Aim - to square up the defender with a loaded carry shape, ready to pass and then aggressively eliminate. ➕ We added a half turn receive, a great way to go forwards when marked. 🔥 Vicky has a superb work ethic.

🎬 Techncial development session two with @VictoriaMcCab11 1️⃣ Check out part one as we work on carrying to pass shape. 3️⃣ We want to have three options, available as much as possible. Pass, carry, eliminate. 🎾 Keep the stick on the ball and pass with quality underpins all.
