in this moment of my computer being broken, I'm looking a lot at the work of Italian artist Luca Lanzi, it's so spontaneous

experimental cinema is a toolbox to dismantle the master conspiracist logic of narrative filmmaking, and to instead enjoy coincidences, mistakes, unconscious obsessions and spontaneous creation

Saw this in a gallery today and I have literally never had such an immediate emotional response to a piece of art.

Been a bad month on tech for me. Phone broke then, as soon as I got it back, the laptop I use to edit and work also broke.
If you can chuck a bit of spare change our way, that will really help.

People are making fun of this clip, but Adorno made a similar point about fascism in Germany and the way in which the body becomes another set of materials in capitalist society.
🚨 “The More Dysgenic, the Better”: Beatrice Adler-Bolton Says the Left Must Give Up the “Fantasy of Being Fitter Than the Fascists”
At Socialism 2026, Adler-Bolton argues that “fitness is a measure of relative disposability under capitalism” and says the goal should not be to become “more useful to the ruling order.”
She says the left should not try to beat fascists “at their own game” by becoming “fitter, more eugenic.”
“In fact, the more dysgenic, the better, I think.”
She closes by arguing that revolution is not “a contest between optimized and properly prepared bodies” and that the very idea is itself fascist.
