Just from a writing standpoint, this flows a lot better than Mrs Dodds taking Percy back into the museum to try and kill him before Chiron comes to his rescue and then gaslights him afterwards like what happens in the book. Having this all take place outside where Percy just accidentally slays Dodds but is seen as crazy by everyone else is just way smoother. I’m liking these small changes so far!

This is MY go-to Pokémon hot take and people really won’t like it, but I’ve recently felt even stronger about it. I wish Meowscarada and especially Quaquaval weren’t Pokémon. They just feel like they’re from a different franchise. I know there’s a few other Pokémon like them but these designs don’t even try. They are too human with clothes and Horizons portrayed them like that even more. I think Quaq is now my least favorite Pokémon ever. If you love them that’s fine, no hate there… but man.
