The voice heard in this video is Kieran Andrieu, a British-Palestinian member of the Flotilla. Not members of the IDF.
Everyone involved in the flotilla pre-agreed to throw phones away to prevent their data being taken by Israel.

EMERGENCY: ISRAEL ATTACKS GSF
Israel has attacked the Global Sumud Flotilla in international waters. People of conscience have been abducted.
The flotilla broke no laws. What is illegal is Israel’s genocide, Israel’s illegal blockade of Gaza, and the Israel’s use of starvation as a weapon.

Israel Issues Threats
Thiago Affirms: Our Mission Is Peaceful and Protected by Law
The Israeli occupation government attempted to intimidate our flotilla over radio, threatening to stop and confiscate our vessels if we continued toward Gaza.
Thiago responded firmly: we are a peaceful, nonviolent humanitarian mission. Our journey is legal under international law, and any attempt to obstruct us is not.
"We carry food, aid, water filters, crutches, baby formula, to people you have been starving to death."
The world is watching, and those responsible for hostile actions will be held accountable.
