We launched a second product: Timebun.com
Law firms kept asking for ManyRequests, and we kept saying no. So we built them their own: time tracking and invoicing, with a client portal.
The video skips the time tracking (you've seen it a thousand times) and shows the portal.
Our churn has steadily decreased over the past few years
We're now around 1 to 2% monthly churn
Here's 3 things that made the biggest difference 👇
2. Support is a feature
> free migrations
> Slack Connect for larger customers
> respond ridiculously fast (we often reply within 5-10 minutes)
> proactively reach out before customers ask for help
3. Make your customers feel heard
> every 2-3 months we reach out to our power users for feedback
> prioritize requests from customers who are a great fit (not just whoever asks the loudest)
> implement feedback quickly
> always let them know when something they asked for goes live
Customers are much more patient when they know you're listening

Raclette entre indie hackers et bootstrapped business.
Allemagne, Belgique, France, Corée...
Plein de pays réuni à Bangkok !
We’ve seen so many productized services doing anywhere from $50k - $250k MRR at ManyRequests
Some attributes:
- Big market: Design, video, webflow
- 1 or 2 distribution channels: outreach, content
- >$2k/mo offer is the sweet spot, under this it attracts bad fit clients (with some exceptions)
They usually get there within 2-3 years
Productized services are still one of the best online biz models from a cashflow perspective
- easy to validate (founder can find the first 10-15 clients at $2k/mo, no need to design/code for months)
- B2B companies are willing to spend more on services than software
- great cashflow (60-70% margins is not uncommon)
SaaS is still the perfect biz model when it works but takes YEARS to compound (I run one) and has much lower odds of success imo
Onboarding of Ferndesk is absolutely INSANE
well done @euboid
Doing a live training later this month on building productized services.
I’ll cover:
→ Positioning high-demand services in crowded markets (design, video, etc.)
→ How 2 productized agencies scaled to $2M+ ARR
→ Leveraging AI for service delivery

Find proven winning ads = Get more sales 💸
👇 Here is how it works
We shipped a new key feature this month 👇
And running our first webinar today!
Our November update is live here youtu.be/-CC6J6Ez03E
Workload planning, scheduled messages, a new brand index, plus several improvements that make agency operations clearer and more organized. A strong step forward for teams using ManyRequests! 😎
Since we launched our new pricing we 2x'd the number of monthly trials
But Trial > Paid conversion rate is still quite low
Starting webinars next month to improve activation
What else should we focus on?

In a world of AI slop, you have a choice
Join everyone else, or go the other way and be *more* human
This was something me and @nico_jeannen have been talking about a lot
He's trying to make the most authentic and human chatbot experience
I suggested a founder video, and he shipped it in days
Love it @nico_jeannen

I redesigned and rebuilt ManyRequests.com
Since launch, we have seen a 50% increase in sign-up conversion rate.
Put another way, they are looking at a potential 50% bump in revenue. Pretty awesome.
I need to turn this into a case study.
