Update: The 5A/C services will resume from Monday 16th, they will however be running at half frequency whilst we repair the 3 damaged vehicles as quickly as possible. From 5pm onwards they will omit Livesey Branch Road in both directions.

Due to multiple bricks being deliberately thrown at and smashing several bus windows this evening near St Bede’s School, the 5A and 5C services are suspended with immediate effect and will remain cancelled until further notice. We will never put the safety of our drivers or passengers at risk to accommodate mindless, cowardly violence. Throwing bricks at moving vehicles is not “having a laugh”—it is reckless endangerment that will one day kill or maim someone. The individuals responsible are not clever or funny; they are dangerous idiots whose actions will eventually leave them facing serious criminal charges. We will not resume these routes until we can guarantee a safe environment for everyone on board. Safety is non-negotiable. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Due to a road traffic incident around Ribchester we are currently unable to serve Ribchester until this incident has been cleared on service number 5.

We are thrilled to announce a large expansion to our Lancashire bus service operations in proud partnership with Lancashire County Council commencing in 2025. We are looking forward to being operation of the following services: Starting 1st February: C2 - CLITHEROE – LOW MOOR CIRCULAR 15 - CLITHEROE – WHALLEY – GREAT HARWOOD – ACCRINGTON Starting 30th March: 3/5/5A/25/25A - RIBBLE VALLEY LOCAL SERVICES 45/46 - PRESTON - LONGRIDGE - BLACKBURN 115 - CHORLEY - BUCKSHAW - LEYLAND - CROSTON - LONGTON - PRESTON 117 - CHORLEY – WELD BANK – CHORLEY 337/347 - CHORLEY – CROSTON – ORMSKIRK/SOUTHPORT We will be bringing brand new vehicles to these routes for which plans are well under way and we can’t wait to meet our new customers. Due to a incident on the M65 (Jct 8 closed) we are experiencing long delays on some services around the Burnley area. All services are operating albeit with delays. We apologise for any inconvenience this may causing.

Due to an RTA on London Rd service 113 will divert using Church Street, Manchester Road and Frenchwood Ave to Leyland and the reverse towards Preston. @LancashireCC

Our current 480 service to bury will unfortunately be running 30 - 40 minuets late

Our A1 service is unfortunately currently running around 30 minuets late due to bad traffic conditions.

Due to icy road conditions and heavy resulting traffic we may experience some delays on services this morning. All services are out and running.
