Took a chance and ventured out into the urban hellscape of Portland on the weekend. Serious shit going on inside this building.

Kind words. #historicalfiction #KindleUnlimited

Been a few years… Rewatched this satire about a future in which intelligence is ridiculed, corporations own government/destroy the environment, reading/writing/critical thinking are non-existent, and entertainment centers on other people's pain. Not as funny as I remembered.

Poland Springs was a subsidiary of BlueTriton, formerly Nestlé Waters NA (France). In 2024, BlueTriton merged with Primo Water (formerly Cott/an American-Canadian company) and relisted on the NYSE. Fiji Water is owned by Los Angeles-based Wonderful Company. This is idiocracy.

Top: Professor economics + public policy at the Gerald R. Ford School of Public Policy at the U. of Michigan/Senior Fellow at the Peterson Institute for International Economics. Bottom: Trump advisor previously convicted of contempt of Congress.

Everything is bullshit.

Hey @CNNBusiness. Fixed it for you.

European weapons maker up 64.77% in the last 30 days. Wonder what's driving that?

I know these women, one of them extremely well. They're smart, ambitious, capable, independent, and strong. They sure as shit won't be going back to the 1800s. #InternationalWomensDay2025

Growing calls for Canada to immediately cancel its F35 program and move away from US weapons deals completely. The US is now seen as a strategic threat to Canada and all other NATO countries. Insane, but this is the new reality.

So much winning.
