Buying minutes is checkout, not a call. You pick a pack, pay with $VOCEM on Elysium, and the minutes sit on the paying wallet. HYPE and USDC are also accepted. After that, nothing is ringing yet. You still have to dial. • Checkout ≠ ring • $VOCEM on chain Elysium • HYPE and USDC are also accepted. • Minutes sit until you reserve them for a call

Airport terminals are full of SIMs, eSIM booths, and “just download our app.” Vocem is the opposite stack. Open the site on the terminal WiFi, connect the wallet you already have, spend $VOCEM for minutes on Elysium if you need more time. HYPE and USDC are also accepted. Then dial. You did not join a new carrier for a two-hour layover. • Layover WiFi is enough; a travel SIM is not required • Spend $VOCEM when you need talk time, not a month of airtime • $VOCEM on Elysium. Elysium • You leave the airport with the same 0x you arrived with

Here's a demo of $VOCEM wallet-to-wallet encrypted voice calling in action Due to private mainnet RPCs being unstable, we do not recommend you use the service until mainnet goes live to avoid stuck or loss funds. Let us know what you think!

Hotel phones still charge for a local call like it is 1998. Your mobile still wants a roaming add-on; Vocem wants a browser tab and prepaid $VOCEM minutes. Paste their 0x, ring, talk in encrypted audio. If they never pick up, reserved minutes come back. The front desk does not need to be in the middle. • Skip the lobby phone and the roaming toggle • Ring a wallet from the hotel WiFi • Missed rings return the reservation • Audio only — camera stays off

Roaming is how phone companies turn a train ride into an invoice. Vocem does not care which country the café is in. Minutes sit on your wallet; you spend them when you talk. The person you call is not charged and is not paid. Cross a border, open the same site, keep the same 0x. • Roaming bills are a carrier product, not a law of physics • Prepaid minutes travel with the wallet • Caller spends $VOCEM; callee is free on both sides of the bill • Same vocem.network tab in every country

A SIM is a leash with a flag on it. Lose the plastic, lose the number, wait on hold, pay a replacement fee. Vocem never issues you a SIM. Your 0x does not live in a carrier database and does not get recycled when a stranger stops paying a monthly plan. People reach the wallet; you keep the wallet. $VOCEM is how you buy talk time. • No plastic card between you and the number • Carriers recycle numbers; wallets do not • Replacement fee is not a product feature • Share 0x, keep the same line across phones

Both people must be on the site for a ring to complete. Keep /dashboard open, or return within about forty-five seconds. There is no carrier radio paging a locked pocket. If they are gone past that window, treat it as a miss. Reserved minutes come back to the caller; try again when both wallets are present. $VOCEM is how you buy talk time. • Two live dashboards, or a ~45s return • No always-on mobile line from a phone company • Past the window = miss • Caller’s reserve returns on a miss

The dashboard is the handset. vocem.network/dashboard is where you spend $VOCEM, paste a 0x, see a ring, accept, mute, and hang up. There is no second client to install. If the tab is asleep in a way that stops the page from working, you are not reachable. That is not a hidden setting; that is the design. • Dashboard = handset • Buy, dial, accept, mute, hang up — one page • No second client • A sleeping tab can mean a missed ring

Think of Vocem as four layers you should never mix. Identity is the wallet you connect, and the balance is prepaid minutes on that 0x. The session is a reserved hold that becomes talk time or walks back. Settlement is $VOCEM on Elysium proving you bought capacity — HYPE and USDC are also accepted. Voice does not ride the explorer — it is encrypted audio between two browsers. • Identity: the connected 0x • Balance: prepaid minutes on that wallet • Session: hold, then bill or return • $VOCEM is the receipt — not the audio path

Phone companies make you download an app, wait for a text, and hope the store listing is honest. Vocem is a website. Café WiFi, airport WiFi, home WiFi — if a browser loads, you can take a call. There is nothing to sideload and nothing for an App Store review to gate. Encrypted audio, wallet to wallet, in the tab you already have. The caller pays with $VOCEM. HYPE and USDC are also accepted. • No App Store, no Play Store, no install • Any browser on any WiFi is enough • Encrypted wallet-to-wallet voice • Open vocem.network and you are on the network

We originally launched on Robinhood roughly a month ago, the project lasted 3 days and then slowly bled out because everyone was chasing memestocks. We never rugged, never sold, never took down our socials or website. We stuck around while everyone else abandoned us. You can always verify yourselves.

Your wallet is the phone number. That is not a metaphor for a profile page — it is how someone reaches you on Vocem. You open vocem.network, connect, and the 0x you already hold is the line. No SIM to buy, no username to mint, no carrier to ask for permission.

Phone companies sell you a rented identity; this is the one you already own. $VOCEM is how you buy talk time. • Dial a 0x, not a rented mobile number • No SIM, no carrier, no minted handle • The site is the phone: vocem.network • wallet = number

$VOCEM is the utility token for our protocol. Users can spend $VOCEM to place encrypted wallet to wallet calls. More info to come.
