1. I don’t know who you are, and frankly, I don’t care. 2. The VFW offered me a small salary to promote their legislation limiting veterans’ options for disability claims assistance. I declined. I’ve said repeatedly that I hate that this industry even exists. The fact that the VA claims process is so backlogged and complicated that an entire industry has emerged to navigate it is ridiculous. Veterans shouldn’t need it in the first place. But fixing a broken system and taking away veterans’ choices are two very different things. It’s like TurboTax. You can do it yourself for free or pay for help. Your choice. 3. REE sponsored my old podcast. That’s it. I don’t work for them or anyone else in that industry. A sponsorship isn’t a conspiracy, no matter how desperately you need one. 4. You’re bouncing between platforms trolling people and calling it advocacy. Posting louder doesn’t mean you’re accomplishing more. You’re chasing attention, not solutions. And yes, I blocked you on Facebook because my social media manager doesn’t need to be bombarded with your nonsense all day. In the meantime, I’ll get back to actually helping veterans, supporting organizations doing meaningful work, and working with the VA to further the implementation of psychedelic treatments for veterans.
