im honestly humiliated to post this but im really fucked financially. my mental health has been declining severely, i have been battling with psychosis and other things i feel too scared to get into. im in debt which is causing me to stress and decline even more. i can’t sleep or eat. i woke up after an hour in an intense panic attack im having as i type this. im sorry im not coherent here im in a really bad state i don’t feel like i can battle this hurdle my mental condition is already poor and this is causing it to worsen i cant get any sleep i fear the worst so im literally begging for help even if it’s not financially i need reassurance itll be okay im literally living for my cats most of all i fear things continue to pile and escalate and get deeper in the hole and at this rate im not even in a condition to do anything to fix it I can’t calm down enough to do shit I can’t sleep I can’t eat im so tired of everuthing
