Black men commit 536,000 crimes on white yearly. White men commit 57,000 crimes on black yearly. Black men get 2,100 hate crime enhancements per year. White men get 5,200 hate crime enhancements per year. Hate crime enhancements must be abolished. They are almost entirely applied based on first amendment protected phrases instead of actual intent and are overwhelmingly applied in a race based manner (against whites).
