Today is day 26 since I started keto. Day 22 since I first took my weight. I've lost 20 pounds in those 22 days and who knows how much in the 4 days before that; water weight drops fast on keto in the first week. I have spine problems. I was ready to beg for a wheelchair. 🧵

Because it's become very, very, very clear that when people say "multicultural" they simply mean "less European white Christian culture". And when they say "multiracial" they simply mean "fewer white European Christians". And they've also noticed that the people pushing those words never seem to apply them anywhere else but mostly white, Christian, European countries. I mean, the entire government of Tanzania is literally nothing but black Tanzanians, why shouldn't THEY be more multicultural and multiracial? 🤔 IOW, those words are simply masks for seething, genocidal, anti-white bigotry. And we're correctly against that, because it's toxic, racist, offensive, destructive, morally evil and GROSS.

Modern political discourse feels a lot like warning someone about a lion that is going to eat them, only to have them reply “Oh so you have a problem with lions?” “Do lions “scare” you because they're different?” “Are you threatened by the lion because it doesn't look like you?” Then the lion eats them and you get blamed for not doing enough to prevent the kind of society where lions eat people.

Update, 6 months in... I'm down over 60 pounds. I've been increasing my caloric intake to slow my roll. The squishy is very real and everywhere! Need to let the body adjust to the new lower weight before I start looking like a deflated stretched out balloon! Lol

This guy response to why he’s defending Trump amid recent accusations. Simple: I oppose such behavior, but like the boy who cried wolf, Democrats' repeated lies erode trust. Russia collusion, "fine people" hoax, bleach injection, edited insurrection speech (BBC apologized), Obama-era cage photos, border needing a bill, tariffs crashing stocks, refusing to leave office, starting WWIII—all debunked. And this too will be debunked, so until you show some hard-core undisputable evidence, my conclusion is that the Democrats are lying POS and this is just another one of their lies. 💯 🎯🎯🎯

Hey there, Decoding Fox News! Interesting take on the pre-ACA healthcare landscape. Let me help you decode some actual facts since you seem to be missing a few critical pieces of the puzzle. First off, you're absolutely right that 50 million Americans lacked insurance before the ACA—I'll give you that one. But here's where your narrative starts getting shakier than a house of cards in a windstorm: the ACA didn't actually SOLVE the affordability problem. It just shifted WHO pays for it. Let's talk about what's actually happened since the ACA passed. Healthcare costs have skyrocketed 38% ABOVE the pre-ACA trend line. That's not making things more affordable—that's making them WORSE. The average family health insurance premium has gone from around $6,000 in 2000 to approximately $27,000 projected in 2025. And guess what accelerated that hockey stick graph? Your beloved Affordable Care Act in 2010. You know what's really wild? The ACA was DESIGNED to fail and push us toward nationalized healthcare. Don't take my word for it—even progressive commentators have admitted the whole goal was to get people so dependent on government subsidies that they'd eventually throw up their hands and demand the government nationalize the entire system. Mission accomplished, I guess? Now, about those subsidies you're so eager to defend: THE DEMOCRATS THEMSELVES VOTED TO END THE ACA COVID SUBSIDIES. Not a single Republican voted to end them. Zero. Zilch. Nada. Those temporary COVID relief subsidies cost nearly $20,000 PER TAXPAYER, and your party is demanding we extend them permanently while holding 42 million SNAP recipients, active-duty military, air traffic controllers, and TSA agents HOSTAGE during the shutdown. Here's Quinn's Law #1 kicking in: "Liberalism always generates the exact opposite of its stated intent." You claimed the ACA would make healthcare affordable. Instead, costs exploded. You claimed it would expand coverage. Instead, it created a system where people are FORCED to buy insurance they can't afford to use because deductibles are so ridiculously high. Speaking of which, let's address your claim about pre-existing conditions. While it's true that insurers could deny coverage or charge more for pre-existing conditions before the ACA, you're conveniently forgetting that 35 STATES already had high-risk pools and guaranteed issue laws BEFORE the federal government stepped in. The ACA didn't invent pre-existing condition protections—it federalized them while simultaneously destroying the insurance market dynamics that kept costs somewhat reasonable. And hey, remember when President Trump recommended that the "hundreds of billions of dollars currently being sent to money-sucking Insurance Companies in order to save the bad Healthcare provided by ObamaCare, BE SENT DIRECTLY TO THE PEOPLE SO THAT THEY CAN PURCHASE THEIR OWN, MUCH BETTER, HEALTHCARE"? That's called putting power back in people's hands instead of enriching insurance corporations. But your party blocked that because you'd rather people stay dependent on government subsidies. Here's what really gets me: Where was all this progressive concern about "money-sucking insurance companies" when you were demanding Luigi Mangione's freedom? You know, the 26-year-old who allegedly targeted a UnitedHealthcare CEO because of his anti-insurance industry motives? Funny how quickly the left went from "eat the rich insurance executives" to "we must defend these poor insurance companies by extending their federal subsidies!" Which is it? Are insurance companies evil profiteers who need to be taken down, or are they essential partners who deserve billions in taxpayer subsidies? Because you can't have it both ways without looking like a complete hypocrite. Here's a revolutionary idea: How about we ACTUALLY make healthcare affordable by implementing Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) that people OWN and CONTROL? How about we allow insurance companies to compete across state lines? How about we address the actual cost drivers—pharmaceutical monopolies, hospital consolidation, administrative bloat—instead of just throwing MORE taxpayer money at insurance companies? But that would require your party to admit the ACA failed spectacularly at its stated goal of making healthcare affordable. And we can't have that, can we? Better to just keep blaming Republicans while Democrats vote FOURTEEN TIMES to reject a clean CR that would reopen the government and restore SNAP benefits to struggling families. YOU control the purse. YOU can end this shutdown today with a CLEAN CR where Republicans gain NOTHING. Instead, YOU'RE demanding nearly $20,000 per taxpayer to extend temporary COVID relief while people go hungry and essential workers go unpaid. Your excuse that people will pay more for their Obamacare is both telling and laughable—you're essentially admitting Obamacare is REALLY EXPENSIVE without COVID relief, while simultaneously arguing that when the relief ends, prices will go up. Would you walk into your boss's office and say, "Last month you gave me a $1,000 Christmas bonus, so this month you cut my pay by $1,000—don't you have a heart? You're taking away from my family by not giving me the same extra $1,000 you did last month!" Because that's EXACTLY the logic you're using. Perhaps between your Fox News "decoding" sessions and cherry-picking healthcare statistics, you could acknowledge that healthcare costs were rising BEFORE the ACA, accelerated AFTER the ACA, and the only people who've truly benefited are insurance companies raking in billions in federal subsidies. But what do I know? I'm just a high school science teacher who actually reads the data instead of getting my talking points from partisan Twitter accounts. #ACAFailed #HealthcareReform #QuinnsLaws #DemocratsOwnThisShutdown #SubsidiesForInsuranceCompanies #MAGA #Trump #VoteBlue #Democrats #MedicareForAll #HealthcareForAll #Progressive #Leftist #TrendingNow #BreakingNews

And here it is: Documents declassified by CIA Director John Ratcliffe — at the Olympic level. Emails from George Soros’ Open Society Terrorist Foundation: “It will be a long-term affair to demonize Putin and Trump,” approved by HRC — Hillary Rodham Clinton — “to tie Trump to Russia as a means of distracting people from her own missing emails, especially if the affair reaches an Olympic level. For now, it serves to provide a post-convention bounce. Later, the FBI will be right there to add more oil to the fire.” In other words — yes indeed — Barack Hussein Obama was right there, taking it to the Olympic level by ordering a manufactured ICA report as part of a seditious conspiracy to overthrow the United States government in 2016 — and a long-term affair to overthrow the duly elected president of the United States in 2017. Followed by two impeachments, multiple investigations, indictments, raids, two assassination attempts, and ultimately, the overthrow of the U.S. government in 2020. Any questions?

John Bolton's statement attempts to rewrite the charges against him as political persecution for his disagreements with President Trump. The indictment tells a very different story. Mr. Bolton is not charged with publishing a book or expressing dissent. He is charged with transmitting TOP SECRET/SCI information... some of America's most closely guarded national security secrets... to family members who had no security clearances, no authorization to receive classified information, and no need to know. According to the indictment, he did so using personal email accounts and commercial messaging applications while serving as National Security Advisor. Before assuming that position, Mr. Bolton signed non-disclosure agreements in which he acknowledged that the 'unauthorized disclosure of classified information' could 'cause damage or irreparable injury to the United States' and that such disclosure 'may constitute a violation of United States criminal laws.' A federal grand jury, a body of ordinary citizens, has now found probable cause that he violated those laws. Mr. Bolton invokes the name of Joseph Stalin's secret police chief. The comparison is obscene. Mr. Bolton will face his charges in a public courtroom, represented by counsel of his choice, before an impartial judge, with the full protections of the Constitution, and judged by a jury of his peers. That is American justice... not Stalinist. The President respects the independence of the Department of Justice. The President also respects the grand jury system... a cornerstone of our legal system since the Founding. This case will proceed on the facts and the law. Dissent is not a crime. Disagreement is not a crime. But transmitting TOP SECRET information to unauthorized persons is a crime... one that puts Americans at risk. Mr. Bolton had forty years to learn the rules. He doesn't get to break them just because he disagrees with the President. No one is above the law. Not even a former National Security Advisor. The American people deserve to know that those entrusted with our nation's secrets will protect them. When they don't, there must be accountability.
