More on the advantages of some old rural communities life-style (which many we can replicate in modern cities as well).
Sense of belonging to a community, and feeling included is a protective factor for many diseases. But not on "social-media". On real-life.
Watched a film recently that was really good.
It's all about the loneliness epidemic and why communities matter way more than meets the eye.
The best part? You can only see it at a screening, since they're trying to bring ppl together.
No Netflix. No HBO. No Hulu. You have to get out of your home.
I'm running screenings in 10 cities this week.
