Small market teams unwilling to spend already have no chance regardless of what LA does. But any team, small or large market, can beat LA in a playoff - that’s the nature of baseball. This is a recipe for MORE interest in baseball because of what the Dodgers have done, not less.

I hate the NBA on NBC. Grant Hill can’t tell the difference between an unforced turnover and one caused by a “swarming” defense. @NBAonNBC @NBA That coupled with the absolute boner in failing to give west coast viewers the start of the Laker/Warrior game is a bad omen.
