They should introduce a top-up card for pedestrians; you get credits every time you push a cyclist over. You could literally pay for your travel card just by pushing a few cyclists over.

When the Taxi took TFL to court over the restriction on Bishopsgate, the judge asked TFL “what would you suggest if the person can’t or struggles to walk the 300 yards?”. And TFL’s reply was “well we suggest they don’t make the journey at all” that’s their attitude.
