Great @WCC_Texas meeting tonight. @NateSchatzline spoke on his new role as Sr Advisor on Leg. Affairs & Elections to @GovHotWheels_TX. Encouraging to see TX taking election integrity seriously. It’s critical we vote R down ballot to keep the people who will protect it in office!

"We should be trying to figure out as legislators what we can do to make sure there are a few tools that rural Texans can use to decide if a development is good for Texans."
Looking forward to our monthly meeting on Thursday with @NateSchatzline.

A century ago today, a hero from the Greatest Generation was born—retired US Air Force Master Sergeant Charles Braun.
Today, I had the privilege of joining the parade and celebration of his 100th birthday. First enlisting at 17, Charles served in World War II, the Korean War, and the Vietnam War before retiring in 1970 to serve Wise County as a first responder.
We are sincerely thankful for his lifetime of service and sacrifice.
Happy Birthday, Mr. Charlie!

This November, Texas stands at a crossroads. The radical left waging a full out assault on our culture, our kids and families, and our very way of life. We will not go quietly.

SCOTUS may think citizenship is about location at birth, but we know it runs deeper than that. As Washington said, unity and pride of patriotism comes from sharing “the same religion, manners, habits, and political principles.”
Citizenship should not be awarded to trespassers.

While Saturday represents the 250th anniversary of the signing of the US Declaration of Independence, it also marks the 200th anniversary of the death of two illustrious men who signed it.
