If you're not a carer yourself, it’s almost certain you’ll know someone who is. It could be a friend, a family member, a colleague or a neighbour.

ALT Supporting carer wellness this Carers Week. Make time for self care. Self care is important for keeping your own physical and emotional health in check. Hobbies and interests help to ease stress, or you could reach out to family and friends to help you with other tasks such as shopping. Removing other tasks off your list can help reduce the mental load of caring. Take a moment if you can to access counselling support or you can connect with others going through similar experiences to you via Warrington Carers Hub.
At WHH we are proud to be supporting #CarersWeek for information, advice or just a chat - pop down and see us today at Warrington Hospital Main Entrance between 11am and 1pm.
Free parking available for up to 30 minutes.
