I've scheduled out the rest of the Astronomy Nights for the academic year.
(I *might* add a night in June, but it gets very late)

Here are the first images taken by #LICIACube of #DARTmission impact on asteroid #Dimorphos.
Now weeks and months of hard work are now starting for scientists and technicians involved in this mission, so stay tuned because we will have a lot to tell!
Our first Astronomy Night for this academic year will celebrate Astronomy Day and International Observe the Moon Night. 馃憤馃憤

Ready for the last Astronomy Night of the season. @WarehamPS
No Moon tonight. Plenty of constellations, star clusters and galaxies, though.
If you happen to be up at 5am, check out the alignment of Jupiter, Venus, Mars and Saturn!
This was taken on the Quincy shore this morning Canon SL3, NIKKOR 28mm f/5.6 5s
Tuesday 8-9pm, if the weather is clear, we can have a Yuri's Night session!
This will be the 61st anniversary of the first human to orbit the Earth.
Tuesday looks like the only clear night this week. Join us at the WHS softball field, if you can. (7-8:30)
Stay tuned, I may be able to add another March Astronomy Night, in a few weeks.
@WarehamPS
Thanks for the great turn out tonight! We observed some nice deep sky objects and of course, the moon!
@WarehamPS
The weather looks clear for Wednesday night (6:30-7:30pm). The ground? Not so much.... Check in Wednesday morning for updates given the melting snow and rain.

FEB ASTRONOMY NIGHT! (Wed 2/9, 6:30-7:30pm)
It looks like the clearer night, but please stay tuned for more information. I need to wait and see if the ground gets too muddy for the telescopes.
@WarehamPS
Spiral galaxies to be studied by the new space telescope:
Gorgeous, gorgeous spirals and swirls! 馃悮

Our mirror segment deployments are complete! 馃帀
Using motors, each segment was moved out about half the length of a paper clip to clear the mirrors from their launch restraints and give each segment enough space for mirror alignment. go.nasa.gov/32fkuz3 #UnfoldTheUniverse

Congratulations, @NASAWebb! You are fully deployed! 馃コ
Stay tuned over the coming months as the space telescope reaches its destination of Lagrange point 2 and prepares to #UnfoldTheUniverse:
Fully Deployed
Thanks to the guests braving the cold winter night for some observations!
Some of the objects we caught tonight: Mercury (by eye), the crescent Moon, Saturn, Jupiter, Pleiades, Andromeda Galaxy, M15 (glob), Double Cluster, Spiral Cluster, M103, Triangulum Galaxy.
In spite of our delayed return, the forecast is CLEAR for Astronomy Night tomorrow (Tues)! Temps in the upper 20s.
The planets are setting early, so the telescopes should be set up from 5:30-7:30pm near the softball field.
