Downtown, a crash has taken the right lane and right shoulder of NB-65/70 near Fletcher Ave. This is on the mainline that leads to the North Split. Those exiting to Washington St. are unaffected. Delay is at five minutes. @WIBCTraffic

Those cars are driving on the ramp from WB-70 to NB-65, which has been closed since early this morning. The rolled semi tractor trailer has cleared, and the ramp has reopened. Traffic is backed up to Emerson. Safe travels. @wibctraffic

Reference this incident, two IMPD officers have been shot, and an officer-involved shooting occurred. Both officers have been taken to an area hospital and are in stable condition.

Good news! ✅ State Road 38 has reopened on the west side of Hagerstown. Crews were able to make a temporary repair to allow traffic to safely use S.R. 38 between S.R. 1 and Brick Church Rd. Next week, crews will make a permanent repair. Learn more: bit.ly/4xwxLMo

Now a secondary crash on NB-65 at Raymond St. - right before the initial crash and closure. Traffic is stopped to I-465 then slow to Southport Rd. I'd make the crawl to I-465, exit, then start my reroute. The closure is in a construction zone and a semi is covering both lanes.

NB-65 drivers wanting to hookup with I-70 should plan to exit at Keystone Ave. You can then go north and enter I-70 at the Keystone/Rural interchange. If you need to rejoin I-65, plan on using the I-70 entrance ramp at West St., downtown. That'll get you NB-65/70. @WIBCTraffic

Carmel, US 31 is closed in both directions between Carmel Dr. and 116th St. because of a police investigation. Southbound lanes are stopped to 136th St. Northbound lanes stopped to 111th St. Use Keystone Parkway instead. @WIBCTraffic
