You don't graduate from a tech program by getting everything right.
You graduate by showing up after the errors, trying again after the failed attempts, and believing you can figure it out.
That's why this milestone is worth celebrating.
This Friday, we're celebrating the women who stayed the course, embraced the challenge, and kept building.

Here's everything that happened in crypto last week👇
Strategy authorized its first real Bitcoin sales to fund its preferred dividend, breaking the never-sell doctrine that defined the entire Bitcoin treasury company narrative.
The same week, a Nasdaq-listed AVAX treasury vehicle warned it may not survive the year.
The leveraged BTC treasury trade that defined the last cycle is starting to unwind. Watch this space carefully.
Robinhood Chain, their own Ethereum L2, went live. Lighter's perps were natively integrated into Robinhood Wallet. dYdX rebranded to Arcus and announced its deployment on Robinhood Chain.
TradingView integrated Hyperliquid charts. The retail trading infrastructure is getting serious upgrades across the board.
Securitize, the engine behind BlackRock's BUIDL, went public and tokenized its own shares.
Mantle announced the launch of Openstock on its L2, bringing pre-IPO vaults on-chain. Ethena partnered with BlackRock to integrate USDe into BlackRock's Aladdin app.
Open USD, a new stablecoin backed by 140 plus TradFi businesses, was announced as a direct challenge to Circle.
That last one is worth paying attention to. A 140-company consortium building a stablecoin is not a small move.
Protocol updates worth noting:
Aave announced plans to launch a new automated buyback mechanism. Pendle cut its token incentives by 71% over the past six months, aggressive but disciplined.
Resolv introduced primeUSD, a structured yield product generating yield via leveraged strategies on tokenized US T-bills.
World, a fully native prediction market platform on Solana, went live.
Ethereum Institution, a non-profit designed to accelerate Ethereum's institutional adoption, was introduced. Mantle's H1 2026 Recap report also dropped this week.
Watchlist for the week ahead:
→ Jupiter launches the private beta of GUM, its new everything exchange, on July 6. Worth watching , Jupiter has been building toward this for a while.
→ Near Protocol hosts a livestream called "The Big Reveal" on July 7. No details but the name suggests something significant.
→ Tokenized stocks on Lighter are expected to launch next week.
→ Berachain's PoL Next, its biggest upgrade since mainnet, goes live on July 7.
→ Jito is rumored to launch JTX, a new perps DEX on Solana, in mid-July.
→ EtherFi just requested Aave DAO to create a dedicated V4 instance hub for its EtherFi Cash product.
→ Some good news for Zcash is coming next week according to Mert , worth keeping an eye on for the privacy narrative.
To a bullish week ahead 🫡

On the 28th of March 2026, we successfully hosted a @TrustWallet Meet & Greet in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, Nigeria, powered by @TrustWallet_Af which I was privileged to host.
What stood out was not just the turnout, but the quality of engagement.
We had 64 registered attendees + 5 walk-ins, all actively learning, asking questions, and getting onboarded into crypto and self-custody.
I led the education session, breaking down:
• Crypto fundamentals.
• Self-custody & wallet security.
• Practical use of Trust Wallet.
Beyond the stage, it was about real conversations, real guidance, and real onboarding.
This wouldn’t have been possible without our amazing team: @The_Real_EJC @keneezeala @Eme_diongg @Macs_Empire @EmmaD492
Appreciation to our venue partner:

Proof of impact!🔥
Our women from the Intro to Web 3 Squad 4.0 wrapped up their training last weekend. They gained hands-on experience with blockchain, DeFi, wallets, airdrops, and smart contracts, and they’re already sharing their journeys across the ecosystem.
This is what happens when women are given the tools, the mentorship, and the community to grow in Web3.
Last year, we focused on building the bridge. This year, we’re going Beyond the Bridge.
The journey doesn’t stop here. Join us at the Women in DeFi Summit 2026 as we go Beyond the Bridge 💙
