Naz Hillmon didn’t score a single point in 37 minutes during Atlanta’s Game 1 win over New York, but that didn’t tell the story of her impact. She played great defense and contributed four assists, proving there’s more than one way to help your team win. Tonight, the points came too. Hillmon finished with 12 points, eight rebounds and five assists without a single turnover, including the go-ahead basket that helped Atlanta take a 2-0 series lead over New York. ✨

We talk about Angel, Rhy, DB, JC, Lish, but in this playoffs so far Naz has been a defensive presence in these games and making the necessary buckets when needed. She deserved her flowers today because she has been holding her own while being undersized in the post. 🅰️

Naz Hillmon and Angel Reese went off in the @AtlantaDream's road win over the Tempo 🤩 Hillmon didn't miss a shot going 8/8 from the field and 4/4 from the three to end with 24 PTS! Reese continues to lead the league in double-doubles as she recorded her 17th of the szn with 23 PTS & 12 REB! #WNBASeason30

I researched the question. NaSheena Anderson (Vanderbilt 98) and daughter Naz Hillmon (Michigan 21) were the first mother/daughter All Americans.
