What is this imaginary line they decided on? I grew up told that a check swing was if the bat crossed plane of the front of home plate
This is how replay review would’ve looked if MLB allowed you to challenge a check swing (which they 100% should). As I said… it’s very clearly not a swing.

ESPN has to be intentionally rage baiting White Sox fans at this point
On this date in 2005, the White Sox ended their 87-year World Series drought with a 4-game sweep of the Astros. Chicago put together a historic postseason run going 11-1 on their way to the title.

Can’t believe the discourse I’ve been seeing all day over this. This is awesome and fun. These guys play a literal game for a living and should be allowed to enjoy the moment. If you think this is “disrespectful to the game”, you’re boring lol
This is how you celebrate a home run in a game that could send you to the World Series. Junior Caminero is ready.

It’s with a heavy heart that I’m sharing the Ditka family has announced the passing of Mike Ditka this morning. Da Coach. Hall of Famer. The heartbeat of the ’85 Bears and a Super Bowl champion. Chicago won’t be the same. Prayers to Diana and the family. RIP, Coach. 🐻⬇️ Here’s a statement from the family: It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved husband, father, grandfather, and friend, Mike Ditka. While the world knew Mike as a Hall of Fame football player, legendary coach, and leader of the Chicago Bears’ Super Bowl XX championship team, we knew him as the heart of our family. Mike will be missed beyond measure and remembered forever. With love and gratitude, The Ditka Family
