These disturbing photos come from a WDFW incident report in Washington.
The incident was classified as TRIBAL FISHING, and a WDFW officer documented between 40 and 50 dead salmon dumped near the boat ramp.
The report also states that the Army Corps of Engineers planned to close the boat ramp and post warnings about salmon poisoning risks to dogs.
Recreational anglers face strict regulations to protect salmon, yet incidents like this raise serious questions about waste, enforcement, and accountability.

47% of all businesses and organizations in Seattle are 'seriously considering leaving the city' over public safety concerns, according to a new survey.
That's about half of every grocery store, restaurant, theater, gas station, cancer research, or charity in the city that is exploring other options.
Add to that only 1/3rd of businesses are considering staying in Seattle city limits, and we might see a mass exodus to surrounding cities before the end of Katie Wilson's term.
Just ask Oakland, CA how that is going for them.

Seattle found the cure for empty storefronts: free rent… and a race-and-sex checkbox.
The city's Seattle Restored program is offering six months rent-free in vacant shops, plus a $2,500 stipend, liability insurance and internet.
The scoring sheet literally asks: "Is the business Woman and/or Black, Indigenous, or Person of Color (BIPOC) owned…?"
Target zones: Belltown, Pioneer Square, the Chinatown-International District and the downtown core.
Who already left those streets: Nike, The North Face, Lululemon, Vans, Saks OFF 5TH, Hard Rock Cafe, and Amazon Fresh on Pike.
Meanwhile the city's Storefront Repair Fund reimburses up to $5,000 per broken-window incident, up to three times a year. Smashed glass is now a line item.
An Oct. 26 Chamber/Downtown Seattle Association survey: 47% of businesses seriously considered moving out in the past year. Business climate rated 39/100. City Hall responsiveness: 26/100.
And the track record? Per KOMO, only 33 of 100 pop-ups ever turned into long-term leases.
Nobody fled downtown because the rent wasn't free. Businesses told the Chamber their top problems were public safety and taxes, 64% each. Fix those and the storefronts fill themselves. No checkbox required.
