Teenagers dress as KKK for Halloween party—walk down neighborhood street yelling N-word. "We hate [N-words] !" they yell terrorizing families. Other teens laugh & encourage them to shout more hate. "One, two, three — bye [N-words] !" Boy filming calls them "the team"—so maybe those under the robes could be identified as participants in high school sports together. Witnesses say the crowd first gathered for a Halloween party at a residential house. Then the group wearing the KKK costumes decided to march down the residential streets & scream the N-word.
