While holding “Stardust”, the equipping character gains “Eternal Radiance”: CRIT Rate for Cryo DMG dealt is increased by 20%. If the DMG is from a Stellar Glimmer reaction, CRIT Rate is increased by an additional 20%. While the equipping character is on the field, one stack of “Stardust” is removed every 3s. “Eternal Radiance” is removed once all stacks of “Stardust” have been depleted. Liyue Set ◎ 2-Piece Set: Energy Recharge +20%. ◎ 4-Piece Set: Elemental Skill and Elemental Burst DMG increased by 25%. Additional effects will be revealed in a future version. i think we never saw a group like stell4r in genshin for years they're so different but so close and their friendship feels very genuine and fun to watch every patch they get closer and get more content together they're not friends for the plot or because of traveler just friends
