Today, the last American troops left Iraq ! The Pentagon confirmed every U.S. soldier is out, with the final group leaving an air base in northern Iraq. America first came in 2003 to topple Saddam. It left in 2011. It came back in 2014 to fight ISIS. Now, twelve years later, it's leaving again. But the timing is what matters.
