Better success this morning at #Radipole with a female #BeardedReedling, a #Ketrsel looking on and a #GreyWagtail. Stunning morning as well, be it a bit windy!
No Snowbunting for me at #PortlandBIll but this #Whimbrel flew in and landed on the path in front of me! ...still very windy!
Tried to photograph the # GreyPhalaropes at Chesil Cove but far to windy and to far away. Fortunately bumped (or blown into) Phil and thanks for tip on where the #Blackredstarts were, near The Ship Inn. Then went to the Bill, still no snowbunting for me, but nice walk
tried to find the snowbunting at #Portland but no luck... but was pleased to get some flight shots of this #Stonechat !
#Kingfisher at @BlashfordLakes (Ivy lake South) popped in here on my way home last week.
#Goldenplovers at #Lodmoor NR yesteday afternoon. There is now 2 -300 of them! Its great when the sun catches their flying bursts. Also a distant #Snipe, the first I've seen at Lodmoor this year!
Today at about 4pm #PortlandBill Crown Estate field Good to catch a glimse of the #RedBackedShrike also #LittleOwl in Obs Quarry on heading back to car!
#Lodmoor nature reserve last week including a #stag in the grass near the old bridge, close up #Greyheron lots of #goldfinch and #paintedlady.
Some very nice shots of the two #Ruff at #Lodmoor nature reserve earlier in the week and great to see the return of #Goldenplovers
Went to @RSPBDorset looking for some bearded reedlings at the concrete bridge, didnt see any but this little chap started to swim towards me!! Nearly fell in. Happy days #Otter
#ringplover close in and #Dunlin, interesting to see how small they are compared to the #Piedwagtail ! @LymKeyRanger middle of last week!
