Nah this brisket still hit crazy the day after. Did almost everything differently. Seasoning, charcoal, wood used, grill used..... turned out fire. I can see the flaws too. We going harder next time.
i have heard of seasoning the charcoal but i'm good on it. real award winning champion pit masters don't do that shit so i'ma go wit them.
we was going crazy. the A5 wagyu brisket was crazy, the hot wings you made the marinade for was dumb fire. the A5 burgers, the burgers wit the wine sauce, countless other briskets.
