#Awareness for a rare disease that many have never heard of... until now I had no idea that this condition was affecting my life. Now I stand with those who have been diagnosed and hope to share my story on how it has been ignored and misunderstood. Grateful to @PennMedicine👩🏻⚕️ – at Cinnaminson, NJ

Honored to be named a 100 Women of Excellence Honoree. Standing at the State Capitol with 100+brilliant Black women was a powerful reminder: in a time when we are under attack, our collective brilliance is our greatest strength. #womenofexcellence

Jalen Hurts (Eagles) and Tyler Shough (Saints) are the only two quarterbacks in the NFL currently registered as democrats.

Public voter registration data contradicts the claim that only two NFL quarterbacks are registered Democrats. A spokesperson for Mecklenburg County Board of Elections say the Mecklenburg County Republican Party failed to provide a replacement candidate for Meck County Board of Commissioners District 1.
Aaron Marin (R) dropped out of the race after someone shot up his house.
With no Republican candidate on the ticket, Morris McAdoo (D) will be the new commissioner for D1.
At one point, District 1 was a safe Republican seat. But Democrats won it in 2018 and the races have not been close ever since. District 1 includes north Charlotte and Meck County's Lake Norman communities.

The GOP took >100 days to pass a budget, but 2 days to weaken your voting rights. They’re scared of their own voters—but we aren’t. Gov. Stein vetoed HB 958, and Dems will vote to uphold that veto, because we will protect every eligible voter’s right to cast a ballot that counts.

I’m vetoing legislation that would make it harder for you to vote and easier for partisan officials to throw out your vote. North Carolina, now I need your help to protect my veto. Join me to learn how:
