Aster DEX pushed $2.57B through its USD1 markets in a single week
@Aster_DEX posted Epoch 3 results for its USD1 RWA Boost: 1,001 active accounts drove $2.57B in taker volume across seven real-world asset markets, from gold and oil to SpaceX.
Epoch 4 runs through Sunday with the same weekly pools of 347,222 $USD1 and 6.94M $WLFI. Traders earn USD1 through volume and WLFI by holding positions.

Your mind works in an amazingly unique way! Well done and best wishes on your position hunting. Im biased, as im in the same camp that this is ETH's cycle for the reasons above and many more! 🤝
This $ETH trade on @DeriveXYZ really got the people going so I'll explain my thought process.
I'm not really interested in betting on an $ETH move to $3000, especially with tokens like $HYPE and $LIT pushing all time highs. $ETH trading like 1.1x $BTC beta isn't bad, but it's also not extremely interesting to me as a bet to make here in the near term considering there's plenty of beta outperforming $BTC here. Holding spot $ETH feels capital inefficient and as a perp would be expensive and path dependent.
I'm betting on a meaningful ATH break within 6 months, and I think there are a few meaningful tailwinds that are unique to $ETH, and more importantly, unique to the level at which people are underestimating them:
1. Inclusion with $BTC as a "reserve" asset in anything resembling a strategic reserve. I think the strategic reserve overall might be an underpriced edge case, and $ETH being included, even nominally, more so. There's actually a good reason for the US to want to have some stake in the largest decentralized settlement layer.
2. Tokenized equities are cool and all, but tokenized bonds might actually be the massive TAM unlock that overwhelmingly favors $ETH over $SOL. The current rates environment globally makes this an extremely interesting edge case with tons of potential positive headline shock.
3. Trump and family have been extremely outspoken $ETH bulls. Their bullposting didn't work in a bear market, let's see what happens if they throw fuel on the fire in a more bullish environment.
4. Everyone hates $ETH. Extremely popular short leg for pair trades vs apps. With two rejections from 5k and years of underperformance, the level of hated rally and sidelined, jaded, despondent chasing from 🏳️🌈🐻 will be biblical.
I also see $ETH as being on the precipice of a phase change between being some not for profit, public good, growth mode asset (think early stage 2010-2014 Uber in SF just cornering market share at no profit) to being able to more confidently monetize on it's high Lindy, credibly neutral status as the on chain, global settlement layer.
Robinhood chain using $ETH over $SOL was quite a bit more signal than people give it credit for too, though $ETH is still making peanuts relative to what $ARB and $HOOD are making from sequencer fees.
If the massively positive trends in tokenization and institutional adoption don't take $ETH to new ATHs within 6 months, it's kinda cursed as an asset, and I'd rather just keep holding the application layer tokens with massive cash flows.
In fact, I thought this trade was so nice, I did it twice. Risking ~$780,000 for a max PNL of $40m now.
One thing I've found in every great builder is.....GRIT! The simple go go go paired with a IDAF attitude is a wild impressive superpower! Learn to not GAF about most things in life and just stick to your path and keep it moving! Enjoy the cycles of the space, this is crypto!

This is a big one for $USD1.
USD1 is now the first stablecoin to launch natively on Canton Network and if you don’t know Canton yet, you should.
Canton is purpose-built for institutional finance and already connects some of the biggest names in global markets: DTCC, Goldman Sachs, BNP Paribas, Broadridge, Tradeweb and many others with more than $9 trillion in tokenized assets issued or processed across the network.
This is where the convergence of traditional finance and blockchain is actually happening.
And that’s what makes native USD1 so exciting.
As more Treasuries, securities, collateral and other real-world assets move onchain, those markets need a dollar that can move with them instantly, 24/7, with the privacy, compliance and settlement capabilities institutions require.
USD1 can now be that dollar on Canton.
I’ve said from day one that our goal isn’t simply to build another stablecoin. We want USD1 to become the dollar settlement layer for the next generation of global financial markets.
This is another major step toward that future. 🇺🇸 🦅 ☝️

What a joke… This is absolutely not true. No one is launching any kind of coin. If anyone is suggesting otherwise, it’s a fraud.

Sun’s X post regarding today’s hearing on World Liberty’s Motion to Compel Arbitration is riddled with falsehoods. The Court did not make any rulings but agreed with World Liberty that many claims brought by Sun’s companies must go to arbitration—and even Sun’s lawyers had to concede in the courtroom that these claims do not belong in court. What Sun is calling a “major victory” – that his personal, as opposed to his companies’, claims are not subject to arbitration – is nothing of the sort. What he fails to mention is that World Liberty never suggested those claims should go to arbitration. Rather, World Liberty has moved to dismiss those claims on the merits and in their entirety (and the Court has not yet ruled on that motion). In the meantime, Sun is actively avoiding service of process in the defamation lawsuit World Liberty filed against him in Florida.

Justin Sun, who has links to the Chinese Communist Party, being defended by Hunter Biden, who has links to the Chinese Communist Party. Could they be any more obvious?🤣
The Trump family’s business, World Liberty Financial, is corruption at a scale we’ve never seen.
World Liberty is currently being sued by Justin Sun, a major crypto founder, for:
1.Seizing his $75 million $WLFI investment.
2.Secretly adding controls allowing it to unilaterally freeze tokens, block governance rights, and burn holders’ tokens.
Ironic, no?
The leader of the free world is literally holding people’s money hostage.
A supposed “champion of decentralization” gave himself the authority to seize private property.
But wait. There’s more.
World Liberty borrowed $75 million using its own token as collateral. The exact type of circular borrowing and leverage that took down FTX. Another fraudulent crypto business.
This wouldn’t be a problem with government oversight. Instead, World Liberty just received preliminary conditional approval from the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency to become a national trust bank.
By the time this house of cards collapses, the Trump family will have made hundreds of millions of dollars, sold its tokens, and left the American people holding the bag.
Oh, and let’s not forget. An Abu Dhabi-linked entity acquired a 49% stake in World Liberty. A separate UAE-based fund later bought $100 million of the $WLFI token.
We are now conveniently engaged in a never-ending war in the Middle East.
The crypto industry deserves better.
