@bankwithsmile I understand Smile are not opening new accounts. I think their existing customers should be informed as to why this has happened. It's not good policy to be kept in the dark and rumours circulate very quickly more information needed.

to pay by cheque at my local shop for groceries, there are too many scams and fraud out there with Debit Cards etc, plus the fact its easy and worry free can cards be used to guarantee cheques my shop knows me so its OK.
