Thanks for the lovely messages 🙏 Turns out I’d had a mild heart attack 😳 Bit of a shock, but our brilliant NHS popped a coronary stent in and I’ll be fine and dandy after some cardiac rehabilitation and lifestyle changes. I will, however, rattle when I walk for a while… 😬😁
