Correcting proofs can be a hassle because the journals sometimes introduce mistakes, but doesn't highlight the changes they made. Luckily, @WeAreDraftable does it for you. Such a timesaver! Just upload the proofs and the submitted version of the article.🥳

Just used draftable.com/compare for comparing my accepted article to the proofs. It's magic! Saved me so much time, and was free and easy to use.
Does anyone have tips on how they handle proofs efficiently? It takes me at least a few hours, even after adopting the genius hack of exporting the pdf to Word and merging with the original document. My vote is for copy editors to track changes. #AcademicTwitter #AcademicChatter

I'm doing a side-by-side comparison of an old and new technical manual in English, and updating the Spanish version—which I worked on two years ago. As someone said, “Work until you no longer have to introduce yourself.” Happy Saturday everyone!

For #Brexit nerds: The draft political declaration (22 Nov) and the final political declaration signed off by the European Council (25 Nov) are nearly identical, a few typos and stylistic changes draftable.com/compare/XAoSzV…
