#Budget2026 So many complaining about the cost of fuel, but I don't notice everyday any noticeable reduction in those driving during the evening or at weekends .. And then we hear that, despite no money there seems to be an ability to stockpile for an event that may never happen.

Is anybody else thinking that Prince Andrew's lawsuit means the police did gather some evidence from their search which his legal team desperately want to be inadmissible due to some error on the search warrant? Otherwise it doesn't make much sense.

#YouAndYours ... Concerning that people put (heating) appliances, such as tumble driers / washing machines overnight because 'time of use tarrifs' are cheaper. If an appliance went on fire when you were asleep, you could easily not be aware of a fire developing in your house ...

Got into a lift to go up 4 floors today. A lady with 'a slight accent' also gets in. "What floor?" I ask. "First" she says followed by "I can't be arsed with the stairs" I reply "Scouser?" She looked puzzled .. "The phrase "I can't be arsed" gave it away" ... I said She 🤣🤣.
