Two years of printing on smaller machines but as soon as I scale to a bigger machine the BLOB of death appears. Machine was calibrated and nozzle was properly cleaned.
Guess I need to get better glue and slow down the speed at the start of every print. Any other suggestions?

Reminds me of the time I travelled through Mexico and some friends told me about this this particular scheme.
Apparently a small child carries around a bucket filled with Jello, trips and falls around a crowded area, this makes people gather around them and help them pick up their things. The kid either puts on a sad face or starts crying making people feel bad and they end up giving them money.
Kid then proceeds to pack up and leave and rinse and repeat in another area.
